Also, the increase in the work force throughout the Second World War is just another evidence of the function of the plan. Every one these cases prove that companies have profited from pay-for-achievement programs, especially those who were initiated during the Second World War. In other words, the strategy is working. Employees working for high-tech businesses have their jobs simplified and the firms also have lower prices. These workers do their jobs well and are highly appreciated. They help to increase the standard of work and also the efficacy of the company. There's no doubt that there are scenarios that can be reduced or altered, but the degree of productivity in all companies has been enhanced to some extent with the support of the plan. And all these benefits can be attributed to the strategy.
